This notice explains the information Tavern Dice uses to provide account-backed play, save game progress, and support advertising.
Information you provide
If you create an account, Tavern Dice stores your email address for authentication and the player name you choose. Your saved profile can include gameplay statistics, Coins, Crowns, achievements, campaign progress, challenges, and cosmetic choices. Password authentication is handled by our account service; Tavern Dice does not display your password.
Device-local information
Guest and local profiles, preferences, and reconnect details may be stored in your browser so the game can remember your table on that device. You can remove this information by clearing site data in your browser.
Online matches
Private room codes, player display names, match state, Coin Match entries, and settlement records may be processed to operate online matches, prevent duplicate rewards, and restore interrupted games. Coins and Crowns have no cash or prize value.
Discord membership reward
If you choose to claim the Discord community reward, Discord asks you to authorize access to your basic Discord identity and membership in the Danger Group server. Tavern Dice stores your Discord user ID, Tavern Dice account ID, reward amount, and claim time to prevent duplicate rewards. The temporary Discord access token is revoked after verification and is not stored. This connection is optional and is used only for the one-time reward.
Analytics and advertising
Tavern Dice uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page views, in-game menu use, general device/browser information, and broad traffic sources. Analytics reporting is used to improve the game; Tavern Dice does not send your password, email address, player name, Coin balance, Crown balance, or private room code to Google Analytics.
Tavern Dice also uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers to deliver, limit, and measure advertising. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or identifiers for frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated reporting.
Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and manage advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center. Where required, a consent message will provide additional choices before personalized advertising is used.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate authentication, profile storage, hosting, analytics, online matches, and advertising. Account and gameplay data—including a limited history of account name changes—is retained while needed to provide the service, support players, prevent reward abuse, protect Coin Match settlements, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may play without an account using a local profile, clear local site data in your browser, adjust Google advertising preferences, or stop using the service. Send account deletion or data-access requests to thedangerpod@gmail.com.
Children
Tavern Dice is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13. Crown checkout is currently disabled.
Changes
This notice may be updated as advertising, payments, or game services change. The current revision date will remain at the top of this page.
